  • Provide customer technical support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, & network issues.
  • Install, configure, & maintain desktop operating systems & software applications.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, & solutions.
  • Provide training on proper use of desktop hardware & software.
  • Stay current with technological advancements in desktop support.
  • Experience in the same field for more than 1 year.
  • Certifications in O365, Windows OS, Linux, Mac, Switching & Networking.

Location: India

  • Currently based in UAE with valid residency
  • Minimum 01 year of experience
  • Qualifications in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills, and supporting documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Good English communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently & in a team

  • Collect feedback for sales/marketing insights.

  • Assist with sales scripts and strategies.

  • 3+ years of experience in the field.

  • Proficient in delivering modern, elegant web applications using APEX & JavaScript.

  • Experience in Oracle SQL/Oracle PL/SQL programming.

  • Experience in managing web page layouts with APEX templates & themes.

  • Knowledge of web application usability trends.

  • HTML5 / CSS knowledge.

  • Effective collaboration in a distributed project environment.

  • Problem-solving ability for complex infrastructure.

  • Resource & application deployment issues.

  • ERP knowledge is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Oracle certifications are an advantage.
